And what if a part of you wants to be seen, heard, and understood?
This poem, for me, sums up the essence of IFS coaching:

"There is someone inside you who is kind.
And someone who is angry.
Can you give both of them a seat?
Perhaps there is a Part that is bored.
And one who is often stressed.
Can you welcome them too?
Can you hold onto your inner child?
And honor your body as it changes throughout life?
And if a "no" appears anywhere:
Perhaps you can be aware of it and give this part the needed attention and appreciation?

I believe that every person has an inner compass that provides orientation.

In IFS, this inner compass is referred to as the "Self".

My task is to help you find and feel that compass again. so that you can take courageous steps,

that suit you and lead you to your strength...
